Blend 443.
A blend of beans from Brasil, Fazenda Bom Jésus; India, Thalanar Estate, Elephant Hills; Ethiopia, Biftu Gudina, Limmu Woreda and Rwanda, Nyungwe.
. This coffee has a rich and well rounded body with a balanced palate, upfront sweetness leads to flavours of cocoa, caramel, spice and red fruits. A coffee with a delicious aroma, a smooth creamy mouthfeel and a clean lingering finish. Blend 443 won Bronze Medals at the 2013 Australian International Coffee Competition and the 2014 Golden Bean.

This rare and amazing biodynamic coffee is sourced from Henrique Sloper who owns Fazenda Camocin, in the Pedra Azul region of Brasil. The variety is Iapar59 and is grown at an altitude of 1100 masl. The coffee is a pulped natural and roasted to a medium/medium dark level. It shows a syrupy smooth, rich full body with low acidity and natural sweetness. Chocolate and caramel are the dominant flavours, which are underlined with a roasted nut character. The finish is clean and lingering.
